Wholesale Ordering Policies

Placing A Wholesale Order
We require your first order to be for a minimum of $200.  We prefer that you order a whole case of the item in question, but that is not required.  Contact us at (843) 364-4404 if you need to discuss our wholesale prices. This policy is in conjunction with all current policies of Onyx Knight Enterprises and is subject to those terms.

To order online, even if you are an existing Onyx Knight Customer customer, please e-mail us the following information:
  • Shipping Name
  • Shipping Address
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • SKU of Item
  • Name of Item
  • Quantity of Items
Onyx Knight Enterprises will e-mail you an invoice will be sent through PayPal and your payment can be sent to us attached to that invoice. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use Paypal for your secure transactions. For those who don't want to use some offline payment methods, such as personal checks, or Money orders which may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments, we will take them. All orders will be processed when your payment has cleared and verified by the bank or PayPal.

If you are shipping your orders to South Carolina, you will be charged tax on your orders unless you have filed proof of your tax exemption with us. Sales tax will be charged until receipt of your seller’s permit.

Order Changes: Once an order has started processing it is not possible to change or add to it. Please check your order carefully before completing.

Back Orders: We do not accept back orders. Please reorder out-of-stock items with your next order. In the event that we do not have the quantity of the item when you order them, we will notify you of the expected date the item will be in the warehouse, and when you can expect it to ship.

Exports: To cover additional work involved in completing customs documents, we require a $1000 minimum order for all orders outside of the United States. Please note that we cannot ship Pepper Spray or Stun Devices OUTSIDE of the United States.

Onyx Knight Enterprises officers will have limited staff or closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, First Full Day of Spring, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Veterans’ Day, Pearl Harbor Day, Christmas Day. You can continue to place your orders with us online, but they will not be processed until the following business day.

Payment Terms
Onyx Knight Enterprises is strictly a cash and carry business. We provide our customers secure online payment through PayPal.  This service can be used to securely process your Credit/Debit card or e-check transactions. PayPal offers you a well established online security and a buyer-protection program.  You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use Paypal for your secure transactions.  For those who don't want to use some offline payment methods, such as personal checks, or Money orders which may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments, we will take them. All orders will be processed two weeks after your payment has cleared and verified by the bank. This is to prevent scams.

Government Agencies:  We can ship orders under $1000 to State and Government Agencies who use State issued purchase Orders. We are listed in the Federal Government System of Award Management (SAM)

Quantity Price Breaks
We can provide wholesale price breaks larger quantities are available upon request, please contact us for more information.

Shipping & Handling
Free shipping on orders of $1500 or more, shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders of $2000 or more shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are shipped free. Onyx Knight Enterprises reserves the right to select the carrier when paying for the freight.  Shipping prices are set by the postal agencies we use which are USPS, UPS, and FexEX only.

To expedite your order, we can ship via UPS 1-, 2-, or 3-day air. You will be responsible for additional air freight charges.

*Due to USPS, FAA, and DHS restrictions, we cannot ship pepper spray products via air transport.

Same Day Shipping
All orders received before 8 AM EST, Monday-Friday, may be shipped the same day depending of current working conditions. While we will try to ship the same day, we make no guarantees. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next working day. Orders for bulk quantities of 25 lbs. or more of a particular item ship separately and may be delayed 24 hours. For UPS delivery times, please refer to the map below, indicating the estimated number of weekdays for ground shipping.

At Guardian Survival Gear, Inc. we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If the item(s) is defective, Guardian Survival Gear, Inc. will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit.  

Guardian Survival Gear will NOT accept any returns for any shipments outside the continental United States.  

Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to Guardian Survival Gear, Inc.

If the merchandise purchased was defective in anyway, the customer will have will have 60 days to notify Guardian Survival Gear of the defective merchandise. If we are notified within 60 days replacement product will be shipped out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that we will replace only defective items included in the kit.

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.

On orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have an 3.5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.
