ACCEPTED PAYMENTS POLICY
Onyx Knight Enterprises is strictly a cash and carry business. We provide our customers with secure online payment through PayPal, These services can be used to securely process your Credit/Debit card or check transactions. These online payment services offer you a well established online security and buyer-protection programs that protect your financial transactions. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use Paypal for your secure transactions.
For those who don't want to use some offline payment methods, such as personal checks, or Money orders which may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments, we will take them. All orders will be processed when your payment has been received in the mail, cleared and verified by the bank. Check Orders can take 1 to 3 weeks to process, depending on the bank.
If you have a large order, Wholesale Orders, special order, or International orders, you will need an invoice for your transaction, which we can easily provide one. Your invoice will be sent through PayPal and your payment can be sent to us attached to that invoice, or by using a wire transfer. This works well for federal, state and local government as well as business transactions. Onyx Knight Enterprises reserves the right to question or cancel orders which may appear be internet scams, or where the website has miscalculated due to an error. Certain countries/cities/regions are considered as high-risk for online fraud. We know that every order from these areas will be fraudulent, however as a precaution we must refuse to do business from entities or countries in the following areas, until such time as their governments see fit to crack down to on scammers and criminal internet activity.
Onyx Knight Enterprises will ship your order out as quickly as possible to the legal destination of your choice. However, due to the fact that we cannot predict the number of orders that we will receive on a given day, we cannot guarantee that an order will ship on the day it is received. All orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days unless there is something unusually complex about it, or an event beyond our control prevents it such as a natural disaster, or federal holiday. Typically orders that are transmitted to the warehouse before 11 AM EST, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders will ship within one to two business days of our receiving them. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays and any day our office is closed as announced in our weekly e-mail blasts. For example, an order placed over a weekend might ship on the following Monday but could ship on Tuesday. We will ship your order from our warehouse using any one of the following shipping agencies United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FexEx), to the legal address of your choosing. The shipping rates on our site are set by these companies, and we have no control over them. We will only ship our products anywhere there are not any legal restrictions on those products (see pepper spray and stun gun restrictions). The tracking number will appear in your order information screen on the home page. Please follow the directions on your order confirmation e-mail.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: On most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 60 days after the date of the receipt. If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our website. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). For your protection, we recommend that they are shipped with tracking information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The domestic cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by Onyx Knight Enterprises. International orders are handled likewise. Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included. Manufacturer warranties are in effect for most items.
Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or credit during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period of time:
EXCHANGES: We will accept the product back for exchange within 60 days after the date of the invoice with a 25% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items cannot be exchanged. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for drop ship orders. Because UPS charges us a $6.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $12.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We suggest that you stress to your customers the importance of a complete address including their street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code.
Placing an order does not enter into a contract with Onyx Knight Enterprises until the order is accepted. Onyx Knight Enterprises may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment.

TASER and TASER products are mailed form TASER International, we send our orders to them to be shipped to the customer.
PepperEyes.com website sends your order to our shipping facility as soon as you complete your order. However, because of the large volume of business that our warehouse does, the product may not be currently available at this time of your order. If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be your order status will be flagged as back ordered and you may be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the back ordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method. The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method selected. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number in the tracking field on the Contact page. If your selected item is out of Stock and we are no longer selling that item, we will notify by e-mail, and give you the opportunity to select another item, or just get a full refund.

Currently, we will only deal with American based suppliers who also carry American made products. These suppliers may also carry products made in other countries, but we want to make sure that we are supporting the American workers by selling their products, as well as deal with reputable companies that are subject to US Laws and standards.
