ACCEPTED PAYMENTS POLICY
Swindell Enterprises offers buyers safer online payment choices. We have elected to use PayPal for your Credit/Debit card or check transactions because of it low cost and well established security.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use Paypal.  For those who don't want to use some offline payment methods, such as personal checks, or Money orders which may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments, we will take them. All orders will be procssed when your payment has cleared the bank or PayPal. If you have a large order, International orders, or a special order and need an invoice for your transaction, we can easily provide one. Your invoive will be sent through PayPal and your payment can be sent to us attached to that invoice. This works well with goverment and business transactions. 

PRIVACY STATEMENT
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: On most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 60 days after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by PepperEyes.com. Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.

EXCHANGES: We will accept product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 25% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be exchanged. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for drop ship orders. Because UPS charges us a $6.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $12.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We suggest that you stress to your customers the importance of a complete address including their street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code.

PEPPER SPRAY RESTRICTIONS

Pepper Spray is LEGAL in all 50 states. However, possession and/or use may be regulated or prohibited by law in some jurisdictions. If there are any questions, check with your local police department. Ultimately, it's your responsibility to ascertain the legality in your area.States Where Pepper Sprays are Restricted
In general, pepper sprays can be carried without permit or legal infraction. However, the following states have the following restrictions. (We cannot ship to these states. If an order is placed your order will be cancelled)

New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state, and must hold a valid Firearms Identification Card (FIC).

States Where Pepper Sprays Have Some Restrictions

Michigan: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate (Different companies can sell different concentrations.) CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination spray allowed.

Wisconsin: Tear gas is not permissible.  By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized.  This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge.  The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet.  In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label.  The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages. Canine Pepper Spray and Bear Pepper Spray is legal in this state. (Sorry, all our normal pepper sprays contain either tear gas or UV dye. We cannot ship those to Wisconsin)

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We cannot ship Pepper Sprays to customers residing in NY or MI or any other state with instate restrictions.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than UPS GROUND.

Please check with your State, and City Laws before ordering these products.

We cannot and will not ship Pepper Spray or any Stun device outside of the contentiential United States.
