SHIPPING
How long does it take my order to get to my customer via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post?

For orders inside the US: Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days to get to your customer while Parcel Post takes approximately 7 days. Pepper spray can't be shipped via priority mail (parcel post only). Please note that Saturdays are included (Sundays are not).  If you need something FASTER, Please contact us. (See the Map Below).

For orders outside of the US:Your orders can either be sent USPS International or FEDEX International and depends on the distace from our warehouse to it's destination, and going through customs. Please E-mail us and we can make arrangement for providing you with a detailed invoice for foreign orders.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Defective products: On most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by Pepper Eyes. Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.

Exchanges: We will accept product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 15% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be exchanged. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. All exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to Swindell Enterprises will be paid by the customer. SHIPPING & PACKAGING FEE
All orders are charges a flat $2.00 Shipping and Handling fee which covers the cost of shipping material (Box, Tape, packaging material) so that your order does not arrive damaged.

 SHIPPING PRICES
Our shipping prices are the same as the United States Postal Service, or FedEx. We have no control over these.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 
Stun Guns cannot be shipped to the following states: NY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, RI, WI, IL, HI

We do not ship pepper spray to the following regions because of the legal restrictions: NY, MA, MI, WI, or DC
